Refund Policy

Products are nonrefundable. 

Purchaser may exchange an item with another available color within 5 business days of receipt. No exchange on parts. 
Contact Lever Your Business prior to returning any item.
The purchaser shall insure their return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged products during the shipping process. All shipping costs incurred as such are not refundable.
The product condition must be 100% BRAND NEW. This means that it must never have been worn. Once the product has been worn, the exchange/refund policy is void. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirement 
Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped with no substitution or switching of parts. Although great care is taken to safely package all items, damage by the U.S. postal service or the buyer (such as dropping a watch) will not be an acceptable reason for return. The purchase of insurance is encouraged; if an item is damaged during shipment the buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve the matter.  
PLEASE NOTE: Due to customs and duties, we are unable to return or exchange items outside of US and Canada.
